DIY CHILD ROOM DESIGN
We love challenging projects like turning a single room into two rooms. This is the case of this room that is used as a playroom and guest room. To complete the mission, it is still positioned between the living room and the balcony of the residence, which required extra organization to not leave the environment mixed up, with a messy look.
The first step was to think of an intelligent arrangement of the furniture so that the children could enjoy the place without compromising the guest area and the lighting of the room.
To give a fun touch to the environment, we used black electrical tape to make a playful frame on one of the pieces of furniture and textured the wall with black polka dots.
On the opposite side, we created study furniture and organized boxes to store toys, pencils, and crafts.
The result was exactly what the client wanted: a functional environment, which does not interfere with the organization of the house and is still attractive and comfortable for children!
